New Service Request

Welcome to the Home Gardens County Water District. Please contact our office in person to sign up for new water service. You will need to bring in your ID along with Proof of Ownership, such as escrow documents, or if renting you will need a lease or rental agreement along with $150.00 pre payment and a $15.00 turn on fee for a total of $165.00.

Our business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
